After the success of the in-person conference in Dublin this year, we wanted to give all those who are interested in Possibility Studies the chance to exchange ideas in an online format and so we organised the fully online International Virtual Universe of Possibility Studies Conference is now open.

Keynotes
Jessica Alquist (Texas Tech University)
Jessica Alquist is an Associate Professor in Social Psychology and the Director of the Experimental Psychology Program at Texas Tech University. She uses experimental research to understand how people approach a world of multiple possibilities and whether they succeed or fail at overcoming immediate urges in favor of long-term goals. Her research focuses on uncertainty, free will beliefs, and self-control. In embracing the positives of uncertainty, she recently took her husband and 5-year old daughter on a no-planning road trip through Colorado.
Ralitsa Debrah (KNUST, Ghana)
Dr. Ralitsa Diana Debrah is a designer and educator with over a decade experience of consulting both locally and internationally. She is a lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, West Africa. She serves as a learning experience designer at the eLearning Centre and Department of Communication Design, KNUST, Ghana. She is a member/ facilitator for the e/merge Africa Network – CILT, CHED | University of Cape Town (UCT) South Africa. She holds a PhD in the area of Design, Innovation, Sustainability and Informatics from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), South Africa.
